Bacon and Cheddar Omelette Breakfast Burger

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk 4 eggs with 2 tablespoons of pure cream, season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  2. Pan fry 2 chopped tomato, then add egg mix. Allow omelette to seal on bottom of pan, then top with 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese and transfer to oven to set.
  3. Fry 8 rashers of Hunsa Middle Cut Bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel. Toast 4 light rye bread rolls until golden.
  4. To serve, layer bun with rocket leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, omelette and bacon.
