Hawaiian Ham Salad Pocket

  1. Slice or tear Hunsa Shaved Black Forest Ham into smaller pieces.

  2. Mix a ¾ cup of unsweetened pineapple pieces, 1 large carrot, chopped and the ham pieces in a small bowl.

  3. Stir in a ¼ cup of fat-free mayonnaise and 1 tablespoonful of honey mustard and mix until combined.

  4. Line 4 pita pockets with a lettuce leaf each and fill with the Hawaiian Ham Salad. Enjoy!
