Honey Cured Ham Bruschetta
- Toast either bread slices or bruschetta in a preheated oven or on a sandwich press.
- Spread enough mascarpone cheese to thickly cover them. Lay either half a slice or a whole slice of ham on top.
- Cut peaches or figs into 4 to 8 pieces. Add 2 to 3 pieces for each bruschetta. Sprinkle with some fresh thyme leaves.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and some honey.
Sprinkle some flaky sea salt over the top to taste.
