Honey Cured Ham Bruschetta

  1. Toast either bread slices or bruschetta in a preheated oven or on a sandwich press.
  2. Spread enough mascarpone cheese to thickly cover them. Lay either half a slice or a whole slice of ham on top.
  3. Cut peaches or figs into 4 to 8 pieces. Add 2 to 3 pieces for each bruschetta. Sprinkle with some fresh thyme leaves.
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil and some honey.
    Sprinkle some flaky sea salt over the top to taste.
